In case you can't be in SF, the W3Conf 2013 has a live stream for you to virtually attend. It's W3C's annual conference for web professionals. This year it's hosted by Adobe, and you'll see sessions like "The Making of CSSFilterLab" with Adobe's Alexandru Chiculita.
