Must be proficient in Flash and ActionScript 2.0 development, experience with data-driven applications (XML and server side communications). Must have experience writing games in Flash. Need sample code and applications. Must have strong knowledge of Flash MX environment. Must have knowledge of Flash Communication Server. Must work well with others and have good communication skills Compensation is commensurate with experience.
